What are some items that we should put in our first aid kit to go rock climbing in the winter?
What are some good items to put in our first aid kits?

Some of us are diabetic.

We have
Gloves to use while we help someone.
Syringe in cause someone passes out and needs water.
Ice packs in cause someone has a headache or bangs there knees or head.
Tylenol in cause someone gets a headache.
Cough drops in case someone has a sore thought.
Anything else?

I would suggest and emergency blanket, matches, wrapped in a water proof package, flares, sugar cubes or hard candy. band aids, splint, elastic bandage.
