Why do mosy black people wear their backpacks up really high?

I always see black guys always wearing their backpacks up really high…why is that?

Maybe becuase you wear yours too low…this is an absolutely stupid question to ask.

    backpacks should be worn high on the back with a waist belt. this allows the weight of the pack to be supported by the entire body

    wearing a backpack low on the back puts an unnecessary strain on the shoulders and back
